How can this be considered "optional" and not a privacy leak? I was never presented with any EULA regarding any of that data collection, and I thought my de-googled phone was private. I would have never consented to all the stuff mentioned in XTRA's privacy policy. Folks who get these types of phones do so precisely to avoid such nasty practices. I absolutely consider such data gathering an invasion of my privacy.
