Have you considered selling "bare" NKs without their casing (if that's the bottleneck) and allowing aftermarket casing solutions similar to Raspberry Pis? I'm guessing that "sealed" NKs are a security feature so recipients know whether the postal service tinkered with the key in transit, but most users wanting to log into their banking and e-mail generally don't need that kind of paranoia.
