In this case your router would manage the IP addresses and therefore would be aware of your clients. If you trust your router that should be fine but I don't see a benefit of such setup privacy-wise. Maybe you mean something else? You could also use Wifi as uplink instead of 4G and in this case your clients would connect to the NW750 which makes more sense.
