If Tor is activated on the Nitrowall any traffic (so any browser) connected will use the Tor network. The 2nd questions is not clear for me, 4G is just a collective term for the 4th generation of mobile networks , while LTE is a specific implementation/technology used. So any LTE connection is always a 4G connection, the opposite is not necessarily correct although I am not aware of any other 4G technology despite LTE.
